Yeah, that wasn't there when I read it. I was disappointed too though. I was really looking forward to upgrading my hardlight

I dont see why there isnt somewhere to go that you can upgrade all exoyics not just the select few they let you.. we worked hard to get our exotics maxd only for someone to now get one that starts off better than ours???

Yeah, I guess it's just gonna rotate every week like what he sells. I have gotten lucky though, I've already gotten dragons breath, no land between, and a already upgraded suros the past couple days.
