Dlc description didnt say new exotics... U sure they arent just a part of non dlc addition

No, only DLC owners can equip them.

Omfg everyone can use the new exotics I have a friend with no land beyond that he just got and he can use it without the dlc I even have the deviant gravity 2.0 from dead orbit which was claimed to be dlc locked because it has the symbol on it I can equip it Plus the patch notes also said everyone can use the new exotics
