Instead of taking the post as a whole you grabbed one line you didn't agree with and latched on to it. Which completely ignores his whole point. Not that adults are better at coping with stress than children, but that he is an old man who has gone through much life, and can offer anyone who is young and struggling very sound advice. You were very indignant over a single line that you completely misinterpreted.
