  • I did enjoy grinding the Bitter Black Isles in Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen, to gather rare materials, weapons, and armor, through engaging combat of a variety of enemies and interesting encounters. I did enjoy grinding in Dark Souls 1 and 2, as I level up and upgrade weapons and armor, while seeing a noticeable effect for my efforts. With benefits that carry with me through the entirety of the game. I do not enjoy grinding in Destiny. Were the materials are hidden behind an RNG Lottery or handed out in insignificant quantities with the obvious intent to slow progress. Holding valuable weapons and armor behind RNG Lotteries within Laggy missions loaded with Glitches. And when a DLC is dropped, everything up until that point become obsolete, requiring a restart to meet a new Artificial difficulty threshold for a new Raid which will give us gear to hit 32, so when the next DLC Raid comes out, we will again be put behind another Artificial Difficulty threshold until we hit 34. I dont know, that just doesnt feel fulfilling. It feels like Bungie has spent more time making FPS's and... very little making RPG's.
