No, RNG is too frustrating. Even the most dedicated player can go months before seeing a final item dropped, or if ever.
Suck it up, it's not that bad. Those that got to 30 will get to 32. The infrastructure of clans, friends, luck and dedication got you all to 30, it will get you to 32 also.
