Got to Crota with 6 30s... and that's where our journey ended. We tried several times, and got it down to where no one was dying until he enraged. We simply couldn't DPS him enough at level 30. Need at least 1 31, having a number like 4-5 31s would make it a breeze. Crotas enrage is worse than Atheon's. It continually spams his guardian-wipe move, to which there is no counter (not even for a team of 6 32s... if they were bad enough to not kill him before he enraged...).

That is exactly where my group left off also =( sad to say. We also were all 30s an the damage crota took was baby. 4 whacks with the sword took only a 10th of his frreaking life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The exact same issue we ran into. Our maxed g-horns, ice breakers, mythos, thorn, VoG weapons, and whatever else we tried using just tickled him. I never thought I'd meet an enemy that could take g-horns wrath and laugh, much less the wrath of 3 maxed (albeit, pre-dlc) g-horns. But that's what Crota did.

Literally dude!! an even the swordbearers would take a decent amount of damage from 6 freaking people!!!!! I can not wait to be able to say I took down crota!!!
