They used Zamor Spheres I believe.

And for the other one, I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think it's either an Av-Matoran or Krana. I know the Krana are the things inside them though.

Very good. The Zamar spheres were filled with anti-dermis to be specific. And the Av-Matoran evolve into the Bohrok. I'm surprised you got that last one, tbh. It was tricky.
