How did you manage to hit 31 already? Where did you find so many of the new upgrade shards? (Forget what they're called)

Which upgrade shards lol? And I have 3 warlocks and my vanguard rep was so close to ranking up so i got commendation marks and maxed out vanguard marks on all 3 locks. Also been playing since 6 am eastern time.

Like you need that certain material to upgrade raid stuff

Oh no i have no raid gear, dark below raid gear gets you level 32, vanguard/faction/crucible gear gets you to 31.
