I still intend on running the raid as I always seem low on ascendant material
Also the Mythoclast is still a beast so there's that too.
Add in the fact that the VoG is still fun and useful to put into your weekly rotation.
Long story short: my fingers are crossed that my guild still runs the Vault.

Edited by Kuvnoz: 12/9/2014 10:50:12 PMIs it upgradeable to the new max attack value? I do understand what you're saying, but I would be curious to see the percentage of players who have completed the raid at all, then hard mode, and of them, who has the mythoclast, and who has reached 30 before the xpack was released. That is useful data to have before anyone says that you should have to complete the VoG to progress to or past 30. I've completed it 3 or 4 times (4 I think) and it was a great experience to put on the headset and meet guild members as they are really cool people (yes, you Frig0n0 who is cool enough to have it set up to run groups twice in one night and invites 2 fresh raiders each time...every weekend BTW). I'm in no way a pro Destiny raider, but I don't get the venomous attitude some people have to this change. The new cap is 32. Some folks will get there, others won't. It's a system that other MMOs use with success. I'm sure you'll hit 32, I'm cool if I do, and cool if I don't. I'm happy with new content in whatever form.

I dont know if the Vex is upgradeable, they did not mention anything. The problem is that new people miss out on the VoG and have to play everything but the old raid in order to reach max level.
