I need advice in how to find where someone lives by getting their IP address.

Tricky, especially if they're using a proxy. Remember, even if you do get their IP, it's still not a guarantee as to their location.

There is an easier way. You can stalk them by walking behind them or away from their peripheral vision. I don't know about the IP though. Once you've gotten to their house use a screwdriver or a drill on the lock to get it open.
