Deleted Character
I accidentally deleted one of my characters and with it, all of my weapons. These weapons represent months of hard work. I am writing this post so that I may get in contact with someone from Bungie who may resolve this issue. I am asking that Bungie restore my character but more importantly the weapons that were on that character.
If Bungie is unable to resolve this issue for me, I demand to know where I can contact someone from Bungie billing. If this is unable to be resolved, I demand a full refund of $34.99 for the expansion passes that I purchased immediately.

Please look at the link posted at the bottom for more info. Also if you want a refund you will have to talk with the retailer you got it from. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12211

Unfortunately, Bungie cannot restore deleted data. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12211 Any refund will have to be worked out with your retailer.
