So it's been a while since I posted this. Still no reply, not even from a normal forum moderator? When I initially posted this there were quite a few moderators replying to topics. So I'm actually surprised this got by without a response. I get it, the mods that are here are trying to help people with real game breaking issues, but is this vault thing not also game breaking? Wouldn't it be worth a few seconds to reply as a support member to help me maintain my faith in Bungie as a company, it makes no sense it's impossible to get a reply from anyone. So come on, does any support even read these forums? In the last 4 hours, I've seen countless replies from @DestinyTheGame on Twitter to people. I've messaged that account a couple of times with no replies. I don't understand why I am being ignored for asking what I think is a rather important question about a game breaking bug being fixed or not.

  • I don't blame you at all, it's why I stopped playing. I was reading the subreddit for Destiny and noticed about 2-4 posts per day for quite a while of people reporting missing items from the vault. I didn't think much of it at first. I started browsing these forums and thought to search specifically for the issue here. Sure enough I found at least one topic a day on the issue here as well. So I stopped playing right around the time they acknowledged the issue on Twitter at the posted link above. I waited about a week, messaged Bungie on Twitter asking if they had fixed it. Since they never posted an update like they said they would in the tweet. I never got a response, so I messaged them again a few days later. Yet again no response. I decided to broaden my approach and started adding @DestinyTheGame, and @DeeJ_BNG as well as @BungieHelp to my tweets thinking I could spark a response, WRONG. Now at this point in time I've probably tried contacting them 15+ times in various ways with no replies anywhere. They don't have a support email, they don't respond to their support Twitter and so far they are ignoring my forum topic. I think I have a valid question, I don't understand why I can't get a reply...
