Im nor sure, but the way you worded it in the area about the exotic costs for upgrading made it seem like you think youll need to upgrade the new exotics, if so you dont. Just like any exorics bounties done after the dlc drops gives you the upgraded version. All i really see here is more lottery and more grind to do, since there has been really nothing to do for a while.
