It's probably about that, 1%. It's only so frustrating because it takes 40 rare engrams to level the Cryptarch now. My PS4 Warlock is 24 and can't play nightfall, has crappy weapons anyway, and I haven't found a single legendary Engram. I'm trying to level a character on PS4 but am having a much more miserable experience than I did on XB1 at launch. The loot drops overall have been nerfed so substantially, to the point where it's not fun anymore. Only thing to do is nightfall or raid once a week, and we all know how that usually goes.
