This is the dumbest thing I've read Ina while
I doubt you've read much of anything at all 'Ina' long, long time.
-
You must be smart the way you singled out a word I used
-
Yep must be
-
Naw you're prolly jus a -blam!-in retard
-
Ooohh burn! You burned me. It burnt.
-
That's good
-
No, it is point on. A proven strategy for a small man to take on a large corporate company.
-
Proven where?
-
Taco Bell, Wal-Mart. , G.M. and Volvo off the top of my head
-
And what were the claims in court exactly
-
Yet here we have more people posting about it and doing NOTHING.
-
Best suggestion would be to start the suit, post a link and then maybe people would jump aboard
-
Edited by Crazy Man: 12/8/2014 4:58:14 PMIt's not class-action.. What he's talking about is individual small claims suits all over the world. $150 is small claims... But representation will show up on behalf of the corporation to fight the claim, or it's default judgement for the plaintiff.

not true they cant, because of the different jurisdictions, each area will have to be dealt with separate. They will also need to arrange meetings between the teams of lawyers for congruence between defense. All of the cases will be treated as individual.
-
In Florida, if X. (I don't remember how many) number of individual suits are filed against one company in a certain amount of time, I think a year but may be wrong, it automatically goes to a class action suit. I had a G.E. stove blow up and left me with 3rd degree burns over 25% of ny body. Faulty part caused it. Claims court has be transfered to a class action suit because of the number of people this has happened to

that would leave them susceptible to Audits, and government invasion, restrictions. The result is the same since it will be the government suing them at that point and out of our hands.
-
True. My joke now is that after I'm dead, my daughter's might each get five bucks
-
Let me know when you have filed yours. Otherwise stop cluttering up the forum with your childish threats.
-
"you are #1" and I'll be making a website and spamming this across the internet with forum bots.
-
Sure ya will. You claim to have made this post about how to sue them yet have done nothing since. (except create another post) Why isn't this website already created? Why hasn't it been spammed across the internet already? Are your chores getting in the way? Did you have to study for your 8th grade math test? What could have kept you from doing such important work? You haven't done anything nor will you do anything of value to further your cause except clutter up the forum with your garbage childish posts about how your going to sue them. Stop talking and start doing!
-
Edited by RandyMarsh: 12/8/2014 5:33:30 PMwork. I have a life. I get two months off as of January. I forgot to tell you again that "you're #1"
-
Excuses excuses. Mcdonald's closing up for some remodeling? Anyone who want to sue over a $60 video game clearly has no life.
-
Yeah.. Nah.. Not going to 'let you know' anything... What I discuss with my attorney is private and confidential. There's no need to inform you of anything whatsoever.
-
I agree. I am not saying I am happy with everything about the game but until someone actually takes action then all of these posts are garbage. I see one everyday about how we are gonna sue and blah blah blah. Then go buy some nikes and JUST DO IT! Otherwise stop being the puss behind the keyboard who has no balls to do anything about it except post your empty threats.

#you are #1" and a troll now
