Anything lower than K/D of 1.5 will leave you empty handed. Anything with a K/D of 1.6 - 2.0 has a chance of giving you a "Rare" class item. (Engram/Mote of Light/Strange Coin etc.) Anything with a K/D of 2.1 - 2.9 has a much higher chance of giving you a "Rare" class item. Anything with a K/D of 3.0 - 3.9 has a chance of you giving you a "Legendary" item. Anything with a K/D of 4.0 and higher has a better chance of giving you legendary, and tiny chance at an Exotic. This is how it's should be.

  • In my oppinion i think more communilative points should be given to guys defending. Or soft capping somethinf that was bieng taken over. I have a more defensive playstyle and it bothers me the majority of points from the actual gamemode are given to capping as opposed to defending. In the same right i find that the heavy ammo synths screw things up since i cant xount how many time weve held two nodes. Heavy weapons came up then my entite team just bails going for heavy. In the meantime loosing both or one of our zones. Resulting in games that shouldnt even be close in score. We not just reward heavy as a kill streak. Like lets say 5 kills or something. Or maybe a point streak or something. Idk. But bungie. Please start reworking the defending point values. Or at least give out points for a set amount of time. Eg defend C for minute and a half. Youd be earning 25 points every 20 seconds or something. With a soft cap after an assault as maybe 50?? (When you semi loose a zone but kill off the assault and recapp) Just some suggestions

  • Why not instead of this dumb idea have the people at top have higher drop rates than the people with lower scores on the team. Or even have it based on points not k/d to encourage winning the match. Over 3000 points 1% chance of legendary, over 4000, 2%, over 5000, 3% etc

    This wont work. It would encourage camping and trolls hiding behind door ways with shotguns.

  • Good idea, but how about 1 to 1.5 gives you a chance to get an uncommon item, and you will get nothing below a 1 K/D.
