In what way does it affect your gaming?
Fair play for telling people but I wouldn't as people are often cruel when they don't understand something or someone.
I've done a load of raids now so wouldn't mind so much if someone was inexperienced or not that good my team and I help people through but they have to be the right level from their own hard work.

It only affects my gaming when everyone is just in total chaos and not like a unit to get the job done, than I can be very confusing sometimes and I shut down for a bit.
