Figured I would get this response. I bet you use specials a lot? Enjoy one hits? Good for you. But others want to use their primaries without getting one hit every second. I shouldn't have to use a special or endless heavy just to compete. The game was meant for everyone to use weapons equally, hence why they nerf/buff all the time. I don't think that Bungie thought that secondaries all game was a fantastic idea. They are literally taking a sh*t in some of our faces otherwise. If they reduced special ammo you would still have your precious secondaries but with a little less ammo. Keeping this unlimited special ammo pisses off a whole other part of the community. I don't see why special-ers can't deal with a little less ammo. I would think it's fair to everyone then instead of this current crap.

I use a balance of everything. But if I'm running through a corridor you bet your ass I'm using my shotgun. So don't go running through corridors with an assault rifle. It's called adapting to the situation. Heavy ammo only pops up twice a game so you can't really complain about that. But just because the setup of the game doesn't suit your play style doesn't mean the whole game should be changed. I run shadow price with found verdict. To many posts of people who want to change the game to suit their specific play style. Is just getting old.

I play that exact type of gameplay. The problem still stands that they dish out way to much special ammo. When a fusion rifle can one hit you from 2 rooms away everytime, that gets annoying. If the ammo is reduced this will happen less instead of having to nerf an entire gun.

The only way you get killed by a fusion rifle two rooms away is if you stand still. It's a part of the game and the setup up that bungie decided on. If they though it was an issue they would have nerfed it by now. They obviously wanted specials to be used and that's how it is.
