It really depends on the other team. If they're bad, you'll slaughter them. If they're at the same skill level as you, you'll have a pretty balanced game. My best kd for one game was 28.0. Most of the team were really dumb, but there was one player that kept me backing out of potential kills.

Yea I totally agree with you. Then it just gets to the point of, if your skill level is very high (which I DO NOT consider myself) then you will slaughter in most games.
