That's the exit to the secret passage under the first chest. It's been discovered already.

I know that one, this one is on top of the pillar where hidden right oracle spawns and you jump from there to a flat platform, from there there's a tiny hole to crawl through and you can explore the entire top portion of the thing above the Templar, and there's a back area that looks like it can definitely hide a chest.
