I like this. I'd also like the upgrading to be more streamlined. Instead of 36 ascendant material, we should only use three. It works with how rare ascendant material is outside of the raid.

The number of shards or energy shouldn't change, just having the option for legendaries be the same as exotics.

I feel like the large number is unnecessary though. They're not exactly plentiful either, but still, I don't want them to become stagnant.
