My opinion is that new legendary gear should only be increased with 1 or 2 extra light leaving it under the VoG raid gear still. It will be impossible to reach 30 without full raid or at least 2, a redo of an exotic(to give you more than 30 light) and one fully maxed piece of legendary(the maxed new legendary and exotic will count as 2 pieces of raid this way, but still require gameplay). Anyone agree???
