So why GIMP yourself by not having maxed shit even if he doesn't have it available. I know I will not take anyone in a raid with me who does not have full 300 weapons. Just no sense in assuming the first time Xur appears you can upgrade all of your Exotics.

All exotics are gonna have base start of 300. No need yo upgrade them till crota

So they can't do it so ??

It would not shock me if they just handed those 2 upgrades to ps4 to avoid the crying from them. I could easily see them throwing in the upgrader for ps4 people on xur though and telling xbox users to deal with it. He does not sell the guns themselves yeah but the upgraders? I could see it. You have to use the gun in order to make the upgrader work anyways.

Well at least you can make an informed choice. I would caution people to at least wait to see what he has the first week.
