I doubt a hotel internet connection would allow UPnP on their router. So basically you will have no port forwarding whatsoever.

It's weird to me that the One doesn't work but the 360 can. I played a bunch of Titanfall on my 360 earlier this year.

If the hotel is using port triggering rather than UPnP, then they may not have opened up the additional ports that the One requires over and above the ports that the 360 uses. Have you tried doing a "test network connection" on the One to see what it results in?

Titanfall probably has less port requirements (dedicated server). Destiny is very P2P heavy so it will require ports to be accessible to function (properly).
