This may be the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I am sure not going to spend another 7 - 8 days worth of playtime grinding out all my equipment and gear again. If Bungie thinks they can artificially inflate playtime this way its going to backfire bigtime. I would honestly rather leave. Super disappointed right now. Another reason i'm sorry I pre-ordered the damn Digital Deluxe Edition.

Dark Beyond. Exotics max out in about 3-6 hours (depending on some, snipers its better to run strikes with. IB will take probably a day at most)

You kill roughly 40 mobs in seconds. Die, respawn and boom more and more. Need a Telemetrie for it but it works.

Does the Engram farming work too or did they patch that?

They fixed that a while ago. A good spot though is Venus. You go to the spot where you activate the Vex sensors for the first mission strangers call. Its a room with 1 door where they spawn. You go in there KILL everything. To the right there is that door. Use your highest jump outside that door and the mobs respawn. Do not ask HOW or WHY it works. But it does.

LOL!! Pre-ordered. Only noobs pre order games that aren't released. Did you think downloadable copies would run out? Or did bungie hook you with the worthless crap given to those who pre order?

I pre ordered simply because I could. I enjoy the late night releases. I find it entertaining to see what shows up. And where I lived. They had no more copies other then those who pre-ordered them.

Just do the core ones that are really good... why would you feel the need to upgrade them all... oh I forgot you just love to hear yourself whine like a bitch!

better then having to spend another 2-3 months grinding out RNG for new gear at the upgraded level and then having to spend another 7-8 days playtime ontop of that upgrading it.

Then don't re-upgrade them. It's an option not something you have to do.

I am too excited to be mad about this change. I am actually really glad that they didn't just invalidate my beloved current exoctics (like some other games tend to do.) At least we have a way to upgrade our current exoctics.

That's the attitude i got. Most other games this tier gear would be trash at least there's a way to make your current favorite stuff still viable
