I am well aware of the racial statistics and government aid distribution. You could see this is a joke per my reply to the OP. While lots of ppl have replied with laughter to this post. There are a few over sensitive ppl I have been messaged by. Often the best jokes are the ones that push the envelope to the limit. No one seemed to get upset when Dave Chappell did white face. Btw while I might be wonder bread white my wife is darker than a sharpie.
