Ok this needs to be addressed whether or not Bungie is working on a fix or if this is how it is intended to be. There is nothing worse than not making heavy ammo because you feel that this isn't a good run and your gonna save your ammo synthesis for the next run since if you use it and then die you'll be out of ammo and have a 5 minute cool down on the synthesis. Come on Bungie just take the few seconds to reply please.
