Yes you are not alone, if that gives you any sense of relief. I have experienced this for about a month now since infamous Atheon baby bumper patch. Prior to that it was a-ok. Now it's a mess. Seems that , at least with Comcast customers, the main culprit is the technicolor 8305C modem/router. In my region it is all they will give me. If I want to attempt to see if a new model with fix it I'll have to buy it myself. It Xmas time so that ain't happening. So destiny in five minute increments yay

  • I'm not sure it's the modem or comcast cuz j have the same set up you do and I have talked to xbox live support and comcast support a couple times and everything we have done did not fix it

  • I just got the caterpillar error. I have Comcast but I don't use their modems. I use a Netgear modem with a separate Netgear duel chanel router. I was having the same problem with ATT Internet that's way I changed to Comcast. My PS4 is connected directly by cable to my router and I've had this problem for a month. I think you would be wasting money on a new router the problems with bungie not your Internet.

    That's pretty much what I thought. Would be a waste of money and would lead to additional raging lol
