Oh boo hoo, try moving every two years for your entire life. You're a grown ass adult, if you can't make friends then you have some serious social issues

He's got a point guys, may come across as harsh but I moved so much in my life that you have to adapt to different people and cultures! With that being said I only made a few friends! But meh!! Good People these days are hard to find! Besides The flood of course.

Wasn't trying to say anything about mine being worse. All I said was been there done that (bluntly and harshly I may add). Also I told him to get involved with his wife's FRG (family readiness group) great way to network and get advice from people that have been in the same position he is, it's also a great way to make friends and have a supportive community you can talk with.
