Hi Ari3s,
The Xbox One Party Chat issue has been resolved in the latest patch.
"Fixed an issue in which using Xbox One party chat induced a slower frame rate"

Nope its fixed. There's a separate update that's 68mb for Xbox one as well (which was not mentioned). I had to restart my Xbox One, then start up Destiny to get it.
