I have seen things that left me wondering about the heavy ammo, but couldn't the sudden appearance of a Hunter have been the end of a blink jump? Is the top of that building a normal spawn point?

Potentially could be, I wasn't paying to much attention to the visual effects but it looked like the visual effects from the start of the match (with the flag and stuff)
