Lol, it's not plan c in particular, every fusion rifle will one shot you at the right range, as will every shotgun and every sniper, that is the point of specials. What needs to be reduced is the amount of special ammo dropped in the crucible not the amount of damage dealt by special weapons.

Exactly. They don't need to nerf Plan C, they need to lower potential damage of Special weapons in Crucible and Iron Banner so that they can't kill in one shot unless it's a headshot or they need to get rid of 90% of the Secondary Ammo so that you only get a few rounds off an ammo box which you lose every time you die. You shouldn't be running around with 30 rounds for a Fusion Rifle that can kill in one shot to the body.
