The only problem I see with this is the heroic missions aren't really scaled properly. For instance when you finish up on earth your usually around lvl 5 or 6 and the very next heroic mission on the moon is like lvl 9 and it's nearly impossible to get kills

Yah this is true but doing the bountys and the bonus xp from heroic has got me to level 7 which isnt to bad
