Ya sorry that that didn't work for you, I hadn't gotten it for the longest time until after I did what I mentioned. And for what it's worth the grimoire tracker didn't even show up on my screen. I just all of the sudden looked and noticed that I had the siege dancers card. Just keep killing them as you play missions and it'll trigger eventually. Sorry cant be of more help:/
