Umm you do know that everyone gets the new exotics even if you don't buy the DLC lol

Everyone gets some new gear and weapons. I'm thinking that only entails new faction vendor legendaries and not exotics

No it's exotics too read the update. It's part of a patch not the dlc

The wording would indicate as much because it bothers to specify when it's discussing what buyers of the dlc will be getting
