You should bury people how they ask to be buried. If they didn't specify, then bury them how you find them. No need to make changes.

Well, it's a mental disorder, not a life style choice. So maybe instead of society enabling these people instead of getting them real help for their mental issues, the parents wouldn't have to make this decision.

What do you propose we do? Don't say therapy because trans people already go to therapy to cope with gender dysphoria. A sex change might be biologically I'm possible at this time but we still have the technology to help them cope with it and just live happier lives. It's disgusting that people say that's wrong. Especially since this group of people has one of the highest suicide rates and is over run with depression. Do you think society telling them that "you were born a guy and you can't change that" will better the situation?

Yes, therapy. Real therapy that's focused on making the patient see reality, a treatment that's starting to be outlawed in the more liberal states. That high suicide rate also pertains to those who go through reassignment surgery.
