I'm all for buffing and nerfing the right weapons but honestly these nerfs should be just PVP side only, a weapon nerfed for PVP and PVE just makes it almost unusable in PVE. Exotics are meant to be powerful in PVE, its why we worked our asses off to acquire them

My personal opinion (and what I believe Bungie is going to move towards) is using impact to govern the damage value in pvp and attack power in pve. Furthermore, I think a better solution would be to cap attack power to a specific value for all weapons in pvp (let's say 300), which would allow their pve attack power to be whatever it needs to be (say 300+) to make it relevant for its content. Then they can individual assign attack powers to weapons for pve balance knowing that a baseline in pvp will still be preserved. I'm also VERY tempted to say that weapon perks should be turned off in regular cruc and activated for Iron Banner. I realize that that is a very contentious idea and I'm not sure it's even a good one, but it's worth thinking about it.
