*err* maybe because you dont get the point of it..
people actually never asked for voicechat in STRIKES... they asked for "voicechat" TO be able to talk to each other in order TO form teams.. another of Bungies famous jinx..
noone asked explicit for voicechat in Strikes , this would have only been a nice "addon"..
but EVERYONE asked for TOWERCHAT instead in order to form Raid teams.. ..
or to add some tiny litle bit of social feeling into the antisocial, social area. in Destiny..

I thought that was the point of brig able to send messages on the counsel and actually putting something there instead of just a blank invite.

na, people dont want to leave the game and wait for eons for PSNs crappy message system to deliver my message ... on top i dont see 20 invites per week.. they just blindside me..
