Bungie is not in charge of the party chat, that would be Microsoft.

You get a frame rate drop because the Xbox console can't handle running both the game and party at the same time. The problem is the console itself.

Bungie updated the game to 1.0.3. Then the issue started. Bungie's issue.

It started after they updated the game. It wasn't there before that
