Do all the stats/perks change on a gun in a reroll, or just the two that are described when you are inspecting it.
The perks that stand alone, not the ones in the line of 3.....
Do I make any sense?

All of the perks that you can select, including the sights/ballistics, all five perks and the element of Special/Heavy weapons, are randomized when you reforge.
