For the love of RN-blamming-Geezus, some level 30 PLEASE MESSAGE THIS GUY! Unless your a level 29 scrub, you can stay home cause he is obviously superior to you in every way! You should cry and go play IB cause you need to get the gear the cheap way. Scrub. (I got both IB pieces and I'm still level 29. Well, I'm actually down to 28 now!)
