If you do hard first it gives you the loot for normal and hard at the same time

So If I did hard first I get better gear?

Hard has a better loot pool but you get the loot for hard and normal at the same time so instead of having to do two raids you just do one. It's not better gear it's all RNG

U just get double loot rolls so higher chances at getting good gear

Yep doing it on hard from what I have seen haven't tested it but looks like both ur loot drop rolls seem to be on the hard loot table for doubles up ur chances on the good shit
