Idea for glimmer, make it a needed currency for all vender legendaries along with marks.

I guess that could work, seems like it would be unpopular since we're not paying for that now though. Maybe Glimmer makes more sense once the game gets more content. It's odd to have a currency in an online game that has no economy, but whatever lol
