Nope, it is already easy enough to buy exotics from xur by getting strange coins and the items he sells are dirt cheap already too.

lol, you're kidding right? It seems like 1-2/5 rare engrams turn into either a Mote of Light or a Strange Coin. I've also got a bunch from chests while on Patrol.

Honestly no, I have had this game since the day it has came out and only have 7 strange coins.

But if you only have one character you should be getting 9 coins a week from the weekly heroic because if you've been playing since day 1 like I have you can easily be lvl 29, if not 30. And if you have multiple characters you should be getting 27 coins a week guaranteed. If you're on xbox one and at least lvl 27 I can run you through the Weekly heroic for 9 coins as I also need to do it still.
