I happen to love Scouts, and while I hate on nobody for using any kind of weapons, I do curse some weapons properties at times. Like Plan C's charge rate, and such.
For Scout rifles, I personally love the Cryptic Dragon and MIDA Multi-Tool.
I use TDyK, Thorn, and Lord High Fixer for Handcannons.
I honestly don't use a lot of other Main weapons that I favor. I love me some semi-auto greatness.

See I haven't used Scouts much. And the best one I have is The Calling, and I don't know enough about that weapon type to know if it's any good or not.

If you're good at landing your shots, yea, they are. It's HC mentality. If you can be good with a HC, you're not getting any surprises with the Scouts.
