List your entire network setup. DSL modem or cable? Do you have a separate router or are you using the supplied router from your provider? What model modem/router(s)? Help us help you. Here is what I had to do, I'm using att uverse, I bought a new router that has full upnp support I then plugged that into my uverse router and once it recognized it I made that IP address static and placed it in the uverse DMZ. I now run 2 PS4s hooked to the new router which is now acting like it is hooked directly to the outside world due to placing it in the uverse DMZ. It performs all the firewall functions without actually leaving your console open to the world. It sounds slightly confusing but this is what many people have to do for a work around when using non-replaceable uverse crap modem/router combo.
