Don't you just love it when you're having a few good games (regardless of stats or win/lose), and then all of a sudden Mr. Proud Puerto Rican or Brazilian just jumps in with his red bar, and just lags so hard that he glitches across the screen and goes 30-0 because no one can hit his lagging ass?

Yep, because Bungie believes that if you're going to kill Jose or Jean, they get a few extra seconds to kill you and your entire team before they die from your first hit.
