Ummm, no it wouldnt. You think it would look retarded? Do you think Zavala, Cayde6, Ikora Rey, Lord Saladin or anyone else in the Lore would only use 1 exotic armor/weapons if they have them? No they wouldnt, neither should you. It would look like you hv been out there doing what Guardians do wreaking havoc and taking names. To anyone under lvl 20 it would look like they were in the presence of a hardened legend. And if we will keep these characters for the 10 years they say this game will last then that is what I expect.

I mean visually, the exotic armors have very unique styles. Wolves, infectious disease, militaristic camo, etc. none of them would work well together. Aesthetically it would indeed look retarded
