Is it just me being colourblind or is the engram not black?
Nice idea for a random, would be annoying though to get a white from it.

So it isn't actually black? Though if it's giving out random qualities perhaps the drop rate could be quite high, but the chance of decrypting the engram into a high quality weapon could decrease the higher the quality.
