A fully leveled weapon of a level 25 is still trouble for every one. Gear matters more than levels!
Iron Banner is about GEAR, not levels!
It's "Bring your best gear" not "Have played more than others!"
But it still matters. In crucible, no one stands two meelee hits from me, in IB, level 29 need three meelee hits, so...
